Cancellations & refunds
Before you book
Enquiries are not bookings. Cancellation deadlines, any reasonable cancellation charges, payment terms and refund conditions depend on the service and provider. Ask for them in writing before paying; there is no blanket non-refundable rule on this website.
Request a cancellation
Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your booking reference, provider, activity or property and dates. We will clarify who holds the booking and payment and help you contact the responsible provider. Do not send card details or identity documents in your initial request.
Weather, changes and refunds
If an operator cancels or changes a service, request written details of the available alternatives or refund. Refund eligibility and timing must be confirmed by the party responsible for the payment, subject to applicable South African consumer law. No refund amount or processing deadline is promised here.
